Management Team

President: Dusty Earl
Dusty has been with Stenocall since 1987. Dusty started as Sales Manager then was promoted to Vice President and Sales Manager. Dusty was then promoted to Executive Vice President and General Manager. He now holds the position of President and General Manager and oversees the daily operations of the company. Dusty has over 30 years of sales experience and over 25 years of management experience.

Senior Vice President: Don Mosher
Don has been with Stenocall since 1977. Don started as a Service Technician then was promoted to Service Manager. Don was then promoted to Vice President over technical services. He now holds the position of Senior Vice President and assists Mr. Earl in the daily operations of the company and oversees the technical side of the company. Don has overseen all the system conversions of the call center since the first conversion from cord board switchboards. He has also overseen the conversions of our billing system. Don has over 37 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

Vice President: Patricia Geeslin
Patricia has been with Stenocall since 1970. Patricia started out as a TAS CSR then was made a TAS Supervisor. Patricia was promoted to Manager of TAS then was moved to head of the Bookkeeping Department. Patricia was then promoted to Vice President. She now oversees the daily operations of the bookkeeping department. Patricia has been involved in several billing system conversions from paper posting to DOS to our present Windows based software.
